*The changes addresses the [KIP-1122](https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/KAFKA/KIP-1122%3A+Create+a+dedicated+data+module+for+Kafka+Connect+data+classes). Basically this moves the classes from the `org.apache.kafka.connect.data` in `connect-api` module to a new dedicated module `connect-data`.
