When Kafka brokers are connecting to other brokers this information is not properly populated, we see the "unknown" value instead for both `ClientSoftwareName` and `ClientSoftwareVersion`. The reason is that we updated `ClientInformation` in `ChannelMetadataRegistry` after we built `RequestConext`.
