Hi [~ago] , I'm just a Kafka beginner. According to the error log, the result I 
checked in the source code was: because '/ opt/kafka/data/meta properties'. The 
TMP file throws, 'Java nio. File. AccessDeniedException', so lead to 
directories are added to the [that the LogManager. InitialOfflineDirs], 
directories under this collection are considered offline directories. So I 
think we can focus on why the '/ opt/kafka/data/meta properties' file throws a 
'Java nio.File.AccessDeniedException '.
