configuration?
I think it's unlikely one would need to tweak this often. My experiment ran
on a fairly busy cluster with ~50k Fetch rps
(`kafka.network-RequestMetrics-RequestsPerSec(request=Fetch)`) on the broker
which is reasonably high.
