Thanks for the info.
I tried *nohup bin/kafka-server-start.sh config/server.properties* command &
this time service is running fine.
But the problem which might hinder this service in future is the file size of
nohup.out file which is getting increased everyday.
Can you pls suggest what is the best approach to run this service?
Will running the service as daemon help?
