@ijuma We can use direct calls like
`QuotaConfigs.userAndClientQuotaConfigs().names()`,
`QuotaConfigs.scramMechanismsPlusUserAndClientQuotaConfigs().names()` to obtain
config names for help message in `ConfigCommand`.
But I can't see how `DynamicConfig.Broker.names` can be created without
accessing to `KafkaConfig.configKeys`

object DynamicBrokerConfig {
