[~jlprat] I know it's been a long time, but do you remember how the
NOTICE-binary file was built? I see it contains a bunch of references to
dependencies not used by Kafka (for example Tomcat). It's not been touched
since you created it so I wonder if it would need a refresh/cleanup?
