@vamossagar12 I don't think it's necessary to call this out anywhere unless it's caused unexpected issues with our users. The intention behind the exponential backoff is to avoid rebalance storms but I'm still not sure when those would ever realistically happen, so until we see otherwise, I'd prefer to leave it as an internal implementation detail. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
