Thanks, this works, for this test, but we still have some this does not seem to
work for.
Bit annoying the existing behaviour was not kept as default, as we now have
suites of tests to change wait timeouts on, or update broker configs to set
this to 0.
I will have to see if we can abstract the other failing tests logic.
