Why restrict it to tribals. Nobody in the world will complain if they are offered material inputs for the improvement of their life. But is unethical to do it and expect one to convert one's religion as a result of material inducements. That would mean each time I help sometime, I expect them to convert to my religion. Of course one can always convert to another religion, if the material inputs are increased. As you can see, religion and god become a tradeable commodity, which the highest bidder wins. sri venkat
