We expect no outage but slower downloads as we will use only the fallback server to provide downloads until the operation is finished, which can take from 1 to 4 hours. The goal is to fix HTTP/404 download errors on older files as described in https://github.com/jenkins-infra/helpdesk/issues/4330. If you have any issue downloading file during this operation, please answer to this email or comment in issue in https://github.com/jenkins-infra/helpdesk/issues/4330.
