Note: The inbound rule specifies from where the server
can be accessed. The outbound configuration determines
where the server can obtain access. In the inbound
rule you should have Salesforce IP addresses, and in
the outbound rule you should have Salesforce IP
addresses and Jenkins IP addresses.
