We recently got into an issue where Jenkins master is failed to schedule/distribute builds even though a lot of build agents are sitting idle. We noticed this problem with both ec2 fleet and ec2 (on-demands) plugins.
Most of the jobs are stuck in the queue with the following message but nodes with the required labels are up in the UI. Anyone has experienced similar behavior? Any suggestions to fix this? Thanks.
