Jenkins 2.277.1 introduced configuration form modernization ("tables to
divs"). Some plugins do not support the changes and will break forms.

Refer to the Jenkins 2.277.1 changelog
<https://www.jenkins.io/changelog-stable/#v2.277.1>, the Jenkins 2.277.1
upgrade guide
<https://www.jenkins.io/doc/upgrade-guide/2.277/#upgrading-to-jenkins-lts-2-277-1>,
the Jenkins 2.277.1 webinar <https://youtu.be/jvgtRXGcyOM>, and the
following recommended steps:

   - Uninstall plugins with security vulnerabilities
   - Uninstall deprecated plugins
   - Uninstall unused plugins
   - Update to the latest plugin releases

If those steps do not resolve the issue, then compare your list of plugins
with the plugins known to have issues with configuration form modernization
<https://issues.jenkins.io/secure/Dashboard.jspa?selectPageId=20741>. If
one of your plugins is in that list, consider either removing the plugin or
submitting a pull request to fix the issue.

If that doesn't resolve the issue, open a bug report at
https://issues.jenkins.io following the instructions at "How to report an
issue" <https://www.jenkins.io/participate/report-issue/> with particular
attention to the detailed list of plugins and their versions
<https://www.jenkins.io/participate/report-issue/#Howtoreportanissue-WhatinformationtoprovideforEnvironmentandDescription>
