Whenever you change the value of the *Connection strategy field*, its validation fails with: *Could not find selected connection strategy*.
It looks like the same error as described in https://issues.jenkins.io/browse/JENKINS-61161 and https://github.com/jenkinsci/ec2-plugin/pull/538, however that PR is already merged.
