Hello, I updated recently to Jenkins 2.266 and it broke all user logins. I can only assume this is related to https://github.com/jenkinsci/jep/tree/master/jep/227. I manually downgraded to 2.265 and everyone was able to log in again.
I tried to report this as a jira, but was not able to successfully create a jira account on https://issues.jenkins.io. I created an account, received an email that it was created, but could not then log in (invalid user/password). I tried the forgot password thing, never received an email.
