Continue with this setup

A new commit at PR may trigger 2 builds: 1 for it self first, then one with 
the new change (if any) at target branch.  My setup this is discovery setup 
as

   * Discover pull requests from origin: Merging the pull request with the 
current target branch revision

is it the right one?
