Theo, Ah, you encountered whats reported here: https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-50833. There was an incompatible change in method signature introduced in pipeline-demos-definition:1.2.8. Its been fixed and released in 1.2.9. You can try upgrading to 1.2.9.
