I am using Jenkins 2.66. Sorry I didn't provide earlier. I was hoping this 
something straightforward where I am not doing something right.

This is what I have in the Master (Windows)

java version "1.8.0_101"

This is what I have in RHEL:

Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_131-b11)
