Hi Rinaldo, Sometimes the Pipeline can appear stuck but it is actuallt waiting for executors to free up or for nodes to come back online.

If you don't mind sharing some screenshots and a copy of the full build log you can either create an issue for us to investigate on issues.jenkins-ci.org under the "blueocean-plugin" component and attach the screenshot and log to that ticket. if you value privacy you can send them directly to jdumay at cloudbees dot com for me to investigate.
