a) Since this is a Jenkins user list, most people will probably answer "yes". I've seen Jenkins do a lot, sometimes you have to finagle it a little, but it's a great tool and has a lot of flexibility. b) I don't know of such a plugin, you can search the wiki plugin pages at [1] with specific keywords though c) Again, it's best to search the wiki and see what is out there.
