It is a virtualbox, where I want to test jenkins 2, it is a new 
installation, and some plugins can be downloaded and other can't be, but I 
think that the problem is our firewall, which blocks those files, I'm try 
to "communicate" with our IT people, but it is like to speak with 
chimpanzees, sometimes I have the impression that to be hired as IT 
administrator, you must know exactly nothing about IT, otherwise I can't 
explain the replies that they send me.
