The *Bitbucket Branch Source Plugin *is still in a weird place for Bitbucket Server. Follow the discussion on https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-33507 to see some of the issues with some of the existing Bitbucket Server plugins and the open PRs for auto-registration.
