Hi Sandhya,
Which technology you are using for writing unit tests, e.g. NUnit or 
VSTests or MSTests
In the post build section respective report publisher we have to choose and 
providing the path of xml report generated by the executor.
So that the Unit Tests results will be populated in Jenkins
