I've added 
`-Dhudson.model.ParametersAction.safeParameters=MVN_RELEASE_VERSION,MVN_DEV_VERSION,MVN_ISDRYRUN`
 
to the variable `JENKINS_JAVA_OPTIONS` in config file 
/etc/sysconfig/jenkins, that fixed it.
