I'm trying to use the Jenkins CLI in Windows by issuing the command: java 
-jar Jenkins-cli -s <myurl> build 'test'
and it keeps returning an error saying no such job ''test''

I know that the job exists so can someone tell me what I could be doing 
wrong ?
