Which release of the Jenkins master are you running? The most recent versions of the release and LTS release introduced this security feature <https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Configuring+Content+Security+Policy> that, by default, disables most inline and non-domain scripting, CSS, etc when viewed in most up to date browsers.
With respect to Cucumber Reports, that generally means the animated pie charts at the top of the report are suppressed, as well as column sorting, some styling, etc., depending on the browser used.
