Hi all, I'd like to become the maintainer of the External Resource Dispatcher plugin. I noticed it was in the Adopt a Plugin list <https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Adopt+a+Plugin> I use the plugin a lot and have a few modification locally.
How should I go about beginning the process? I am not an experienced java developer but I will be reading up on the way the Jenkins project handles plugins.
