This is still an issue for us. The problem is that the Jenkins-CAS module also redirects requests to api and cli endpoints. This means that the CLI and things like hubot can no longer authenticate as they are redirected to an unexpected login page, then fail.
The link to SSH doesn't address the issue as it is not the same functionality as the CLI methods.
