I figure out the problem. It lies on the workspace directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\Jenkins\workspace\WebdriverTest
It seems the Jenkins doesn't accept the space character. I move the Jenkins to C:\Jenkins and it can go further. But the build fails since I have another error as follow: ... ERROR: Z:\Eigene_Dateien\Temp\MyProjects\WebdriverTest\pom.xml not found ...
