Hi Chris

I'f you're using ClearCase UCM you would benefit from using the specific
ClearCase UCM plugin for Jenkins:
https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/ClearCase+UCM+Plugin ass
opposed to using the Base ClearCase plugin with UCM features glued onto it.

We developed the CCUCM plugin and are continuously maintaining it.

Give it a spin ans see if it will solve your issue, feel free to approach
us if you need help with it, you can reach us at supp...@praqma.com
