Others have definitely used Jenkins with Git on TFS 2013. A recent pull request added support for TFS 2013 to the git plugin, so I think it is safe to assume that at least one user is using TFS 2013 with git.
I don't have access to a TFS 2013 installation, so TFS 2013 is not included in the regular development or test cycle of the git plugin.
