Hi, sorry, the Clearcase plugin isn't compatible with the Clearcase Remote Client (CCRC) (I guess this is what you're calling the thin client). You should install the thick client.
Please note that cleartool is only required on Jenkins slaves, not on the master (that is of course, if you are using slaves, if you use master to execute jobs, then you need cleartool on it).
