I also get confused about the circumstances under which jenkins drops it's build queue on the floor. That seems to happen after a power cycle of the server, at least. > 2. You can restart your jenkins by this:: <jenkinsserver>:8080/restart I just checked and saw two jobs stuck in the build queue. Both waiting for 15min. First was starving, (had the clock icon). The second didn't, but wasn't running either.
