“Normal” Jenkins is open source, and its documentation can be found at http://jenkins-ci.org. There’s even a wiki.
Official support comes from the vendor at http://cloudbees.com. The most basic support is called Jenkins Enterprise, and it comes with some exclusive, non-free plugins (including one to generate data to send to the tech support guys when entering a ticket, rather than having a back-and-forth set of questions). You can also let them host your Jenkins instance and slave nodes in their cloud; some companies are hesitant to hand copies of their source code over to a vendor to compile them, so this may or may not be an option for you. A company I used to work for used open source Jenkins for years on a sizeable build farm (over 300 slave nodes, and the nightly builds still queued up), then got Jenkins Enterprise.
