I'm not sure I understand you right.
I suppose you have a server running the Jenkins instance (the jenkins
master),
and a second server, that is able to build your software. This build server
should be set up in Jenkins master as a slave as in
https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Distributed+builds
Then use 'Copy Artifacts' Plugin
https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Copy+Artifact+Plugin
to get back the built SW (library, jar or whatever). The plugin
does this automagically for you.
If my guess about your Jenkins setup is totally wrong, you need to explain
your setup it in more detail, before somebody can help you on this list.
