I do see now looking at https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Accurev+Plugin that it has a link to GitHub and Issue Tracking.
Should I submit this as an issue? It doesn't look like it's been released since 12/19/2013, so I'm not certain how active Scott and Clint are.
