We have nodes that we wish to:
1. Allow users to use in day time (so they will offline them in Jenkins
first)
2. If they are NOT offline by a user, be able to, via a schedule, go online
at night (to run batch) until morning time.

I'm able to get a node online via schedule - H H(20-21) * * * with 720
minutes of uptime nicely provides that.
I'm not sure how can users override this, and I'm not sure how I can ensure
that if users offlined a node, it won't be brought back online by the
system.

I reckon I can do it all externally to Jenkins, but I was wondering if
there's a solution within Jenkins that allows me to do that. I reckon that
user should be higher priority than system actions on nodes?

TIA,
Y.
