Not for OS-X slaves, but for Windows. However, the principle should be similar. We use Puppet to setup Jenkins swarm slaves as a service using Apache Commons Daemon. Don't know anything about OS-X, but the principle should be similar, there. For Linux, for example, you'd need to provide an init script and config file instead of Commons Daemon. The swarm slave accepts command line options for providing labels, number of executors, local work directory, etc. HTH...
