Please don’t post multiple times about the same problem, before anyone has had 
a chance to respond. This is not a paid support line; people will respond when 
they have time, if they think they can help. Remember that not everyone is in 
the same time zone as you – folks in the Americas are probably asleep right now.

As far as your problem is concerned; from the messages, it looks like Jenkins’ 
main config.xml is corrupt or invalid. Do you have an earlier version (from 
before the rake install) that you can restore from? First take a backup of what 
is currently there, obviously.
