So I get updates about the Jira tickets that I have created, but when I goto https://jenkins-ci.org/account/ to reset my accounts password, and give it my username, it says it has emailed me, but I never get the email. I have checked my spam folder, and its not there ether. I know I am checking the right email because this is where I receive my ticket notifications? Can anyone please help me?
