Hi All, I have recently started learning Jenkins (as I have been assigned task to implement application deployment through jenkins) and finding it really interesting. We have Jenkins 1.480.3 (stand alone) already setup on one of the RHEL 5 server. As per our requirement we have to deploy application from Jenkins to Weblogic Server. By going through various articles on jenkins website and on internet I have found out there are two plugins available. Please correct me if I am interpreting it incorrectly.
1) WebLogic Deployer Plugin<https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/WebLogic+Deployer+Plugin> With this plugin you can deploy application if we are running weblogic on the same server as Jenkins. 2) WebLogic Maven Plug-In<http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E21764_01/web.1111/e13702/maven_deployer.htm> With this plugin you can deploy application through Maven to weblogic server (running on different server). I do find oracle document for weblogic maven plug in (http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E21764_01/web.1111/e13702/maven_deployer.htm) but i am not able to correlate this with Maven installed on Jenkins. I don't see any link to download this plugin either. Has anyone enabled application deployment on Remote weblogic server?
