I manage a Jenkins build server used by a number of people, we allow all
users access to schedule/cancel builds. This is fine as it this is usually
done for a good reason and you can trace who started/cancelled a build if
it is necessary to query it, as it is recorded on that build's page. Unless
the build is cancelled whilst it is still in the queue i.e. it hasnt
started building yet, in this case there doesnt seem to be any record of
who started/cancelled it.

Is there anyway I can see who has interacted with jobs on the build queue,
perhaps through a system logger? ( I have checked the default logger and
there does not seem to be any thing relevant)

Cheers
