To learn about the real changes since the previous LTS release (1.509.4), you just: 1. read the changelogs of the weekly releases since the base version of the previous LTS (1.510 - 1.532), 2. discard anything that was already backported to your previous LTS (1.509.4), 3. and ignore fixes and enhancements of features added since your previous LTS' base version (1.509).
