On one of the blog<http://stackoverflow.com/questions/12211227/excluded-regions-in-jenkins-with-git>I read there exists Excluded Regions section in Jenkins where we can specify the list of folder / files and build is triggered if change is made in file / folder other than mentioned in excluded region.
