The real magic part happens when you have dozens of teams with
hundreds of jobs sharing the same few build servers for each platform
and everything is nicely scheduled with the results all collated
centrally.   But, while jenkins can be used as a general purpose
scheduler and automation tool, I think most people just use it to do
builds every time a chance is committed to a source repository without
complex dependencies on the order of builds.   Or they plan
specifically not to have such dependencies to make automation easier.
