Hi Jenkins is only a tool that kicks of builds using other tools so the best place to ask that kind of question would be over in the Gradle community. http://www.gradle.org/ is probably a good starting place.
Once you've figured out your Gradle build, then there's the Gradle plugin for running it from Jenkins. Richard.
