We have an SVN polling job that gets disabled roughly weekly by
"anonymous". This is despite the fact that anonymous users do not have edit
permissions on jobs. The disable time corresponds with the polling
schedule, which leads me to believe our issue is related to this old post:
http://jenkins-ci.361315.n4.nabble.com/anonymous-disables-jobs-td4417803.html

However, that old post didn't really have a satisfactory resolution. We are
currently on Jenkins 1.518 and Subversion plugin 1.50 (and using the Job
Configuration History Plugin v2.4 to track the changes). There is a 1.51
update coming soon for the SVN plugin, but I don't see any changes between
then and now that might impact this, and the old post is over a year old
anyway. Was the issue ever formally addressed? Was it classified as desired
behavior for some reason?
