Not sure - I hadn't tried using a matrix job as one of the sub-builds
and don't see it mentioned in the docs. If not, you'd have a
tradeoff between having to unroll the matrix into separate jobs or
jobs with parameters and having control over when each thing happens
and which are in parallel.
