1. The string that shows up in the poll log and what works on the cmd line may not be the same. There could be some quote escaping needed. 2. What I think you absolutely need to work is 2.a view tag and view name must be exactly same thing, in your case " sam.mackrill_PBS_E3D_CI" 2.b the load rules must be fully qualified path without drive letter if your view is mounted on "M:\" and you can access the part of SCM you care about as "M:\ sam.mackrill_PBS_E3D_CI\pdms009\PDMSNet\Aveva.Core.PBS" then your view root should be "M:\" then your load rule should be "\pdms009\PDMSNet\Aveva.Core.PBS"
